Copyright Policy
Crave Lists, LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report a copyright infringement claim and how to respond if your content is removed in error.
1. Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you believe content on Crave infringes your copyright, submit a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. A valid notice must include all of the following:
- Your signature — physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you believe has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material — describe the content on crave.llc and provide its URL
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Good faith statement — a statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy statement — a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

We will process valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material pending our review.
2. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, submit a counter-notification including:
- Your signature — physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed material — describe what was removed and where it appeared on crave.llc
- Statement under penalty of perjury — a statement that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where you reside, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action in the meantime.
3. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Crave Lists, LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
