Terms of Service
Welcome to Crave. By creating an account or using crave.llc, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crave (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crave Lists, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of crave.llc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Crave. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
Account Information
When you create an account, you agree to provide a valid, accurate email address, choose a username between 3 and 30 characters that does not impersonate another person or entity, and keep your password secure and confidential.
One Account Per Person
You may only create and maintain one Crave account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or circumvent suspensions is prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at Legal@Crave.llc.
4. User-Generated Content
What Counts as Your Content
“User Content” includes any rankings you create, custom list items you add, custom lists you create, and any other content you submit to the Service.
License You Grant Us
By submitting User Content, you grant Crave Lists, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including generating aggregated public rankings. This license ends when you delete your account, except that we may retain anonymized or aggregated data derived from your contributions.
Custom Items
Items you add that are not part of Crave’s verified catalog (“Custom Items”) are private by default — they are visible only to you and do not influence public rankings or appear in other users’ lists or search results. Crave reserves the right to promote a Custom Item to a verified item if our team determines it is appropriate for the platform. Custom Items on Private Custom Lists are excluded from this review process entirely.
Custom Lists — Public vs. Private
When you create a Custom List, you choose whether it is Public or Private:
- Private Custom Lists are never visible to other users, except through the Share feature or if you explicitly change the list to Public.
- Public Custom Lists signal that you are willing for your list to potentially become more broadly visible. Crave may, at our discretion, promote a Public Custom List to a Verified List accessible to all users through menus or search. You will not receive separate notice of this promotion, so only mark a list Public if you are comfortable with this possibility.
Your Ownership
You retain ownership of your individual ranking preferences and any original content you contribute. We claim no ownership over your personal opinions or taste.
No Sensitive Data
Do not enter sensitive personal information into Crave. Anything you submit — including list names, item names, notes, descriptions, and Custom Items — may surface publicly on shared list pages, in search results, in aggregated rankings, or to other users through promotion of Public Custom Lists or verification of Custom Items. Even content you initially mark Private may be exposed if you later share it, change its visibility, or if the item is promoted to the verified catalog.
You agree not to submit, and you are solely responsible if you do submit, any of the following: government-issued identifiers (Social Security, passport, or driver’s license numbers); financial account, credit card, or banking information; health, medical, or insurance records; precise home addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details of yourself or third parties; login credentials or security answers; biometric data; information about minors; or any other information you would not want to be publicly visible.
Content Standards
You agree not to submit content that is false or misleading, violates anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights, or contains offensive or harassing language.
5. Prohibited Conduct

- Creating or using fake accounts, bots, or automated tools to influence public rankings

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
8. Limitation of Liability
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms or any applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but are not obligated to do so. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at Legal@Crave.llc and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, all disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Crave Lists, LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing Legal@Crave.llc with your name, account email, and a statement that you are opting out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
